Do you snore? Not sure? Ask the people you live with. Many who snore can be heard beyond the bedroom.

Do you have high blood pressure? Check it on a home monitor or visit a health care provider. Many pharmacies offer a free BP check.

What's you rage? People over 50 are more at risk.
What's your neck size? Take a look at the labels on those shirts. Woman over 15" and men over 17" are at risk.
Although OSA can affect anyone men appear to be more more at risk than women.
